Sigh....

Wells........

So, yesterday wasn't as good as Ma had hoped.

the new medication did NOTHING to calm me.

In fact,

I was back to the Tasmanian-Airedale!

reenactment

sigh.

The vettie (NOT my FABulous Dr. K.....)

said that all we can do at this point is up my dose of Ace.

Ma isn't happy with this because it's very unpredictable.

Sometimes 1/2 dose works, sometimes it takes twice the dose.

And it's sedating.

She is going to have to do it for my  next appt (it's all we have left)

butts, she is hoping Dr. K has something else up his sleeve.

Good news, is that I didn't assault the vettie tech!

I assaulted Ma. hehehe

Oh, it's nothin'!  She shook it off....just a little bruise on her chin when she was

STRANGLE HOLDING ME!

Holding my harness so the vettie tech could get  my ear meds in my ears!

sorry Ma....

Anyhu....

I thought I would share some pawsome pics of some

BEAUTIFUL blooms...

Hibiscus

Shamrock

hibiscus
bougainvillea

bonus HINNIE shot!

  3. Love the 'THE END' photo...BOL! Sounds like there was a HUGE kerfuffle at the veties. Bet the technicians draw straws when they hear you're coming in. Is that why your fave Vet was absent? Hmmmmmmmm.

  13. I expect your stud muffin will faint when he sees the tush shot.

MOLMOL Ruby your mom shook it off, when you whacked her chin!!,,that is the true test of a good mom. I hope you fixed her a margarita when you got home.
I'm kinda strange...stop laughing...I don't mind having eye stuff done. I've had several bouts with conjunctivitis. Which required 2 different drops 3 times a day. Luckily only one eye seems to get it at at time. Mom approaches from behind....when I'm sleeping, bottle ready and one hand hold my snout and slam bam thank you ma'am we're done. BUT GIRLFRIEND IF SHE MESSES WITH MY EARS SHE IS LIABLE TO DRAW BACK A NUB!!

  15. Mom used to have some of those pretty white shamrock flowers - oxalia maybe, and she had some pink ones too. All your blooms are so nice.

Bummer on the calming agent. Mom doesn't like ACE either. Hope your favorite vet has another idea.

  20. OMD - I hope that you feel better soon. As for calming meds, Ace does nothing for R (post-surgery) but a drug called trazedone was like magic. It is said to be "sedating" but we just saw that it took the edge off his excitability.

Thinking of you! And I ADORE those beautiful flowers!!!!!

  21. Poor Ruby, I'm so sorry you're still having those nasty ear problems. I hope that you get that under control and that you don't have to be sedated.

My boys went to the groomer yesterday for a pawdicure. They had to put a muzzle on Shiver because he tried to bite them.

  22. OMD! We are so sorry to hear your ears are still a problem. Aim for the vet tech next time cuz you depend on Mom to feed you and all. BOL! BOL! The flowers are beautiful. ♥

  23. The blooms are beautiful, and that hinnie is pretty cute too. Sorry you're still having ear probs and that you've been a little wild. Maybe the vet needs to create a spa setting. The scent of lavender and the sound of waves might help you relax. If nothing else, it would help your mom. That and a margarita.
