Sunday Selfie

I'm stilllllll heeeeeeeere!!!

Ma got super duper buzy with peep stuffs,

 and NEGLECTED my bloggie!!!!

sigh.

Then, yesterday, our furnace died!

okays, Ma says it's not dead-dead, butts a repair-peep as to come out and fix it.

One guy she called was SUPPOSE to come out today,

butts DIDN'T SHOW UP!

sigh.

Butts, Ma is sometimes is smarter than the average blockhead.....

she had made an appointment Saturday with our regular furnace repair peeps
and they are coming tomorrow morning to fix it.

It's been a little cool in the house (60), butts it's not like we live in
snow country! BOL!

And, both Ma and I likes it cool, so no worries.

(though, Ma says going to the bathroom in the middle of the night, the toilet seat is VERY cold! BOL!!!!  shhhhh....don't tells her I told you, k?)

Anyhu, paws crossed the repair peep can fix it, and it won't cost Ma all my treatie monies!

I'll catch up with all your bloggies soon!!!

don't forgets me!

  3. Hi Ruby, maybe you should remind your Ma that there's no better way to keep warm than snuggling close with her favourite terrier.
    Toodle pip!

  4. Oh no Ruby....why is things like this happen around the Howlidays? Good thing you have lots of AireGal furs. Ma might need a pitcher full of Margaritas to stay warm.
Warm hugs to you both and Happy New Year

  5. I sure hope the repair peep doesn't break the treat bank. ours quit 2 days before Christmas, but our house stayed at 68 since we live in FL.. the cost was 229.00 and unexpected, but we were happy it was not more than that... missed your Ruby

  6. We could never forget you Ruby. It would be much colder if our furnace broke here. At least we have a gas fireplace that could warm the house. We hope they can fix it and not steal all your treatie money.

  7. Good thing that you're where you are and not buried in snow.

  8. Good luck! I hope your repairman doesn't have to make all the loud skeery noises that ours did last week.

  9. EEKS! No furnace! We lost power a couple of years ago in March, which is a cold month here in Michigan. The power was out for FIVE DAYS. Lucky for me, I went off to work during the day, and we still had our water heater (gas). The Hubby filled huge pasta pots with water, heated them HOT on the stove (also gas), then we used the hot pots as radiators. We found an old battery radio, and talked. An interesting experience, but we don't ever want to do it again.

  10. Peeps! Tell her to try going outside in snow and ice in the middle of the night to pee on a tree. Now that's cold. We called our air conditioning repair man back in October and he still hasn't showed up. Glad you had a good Christmas even if it was cool.

  13. Those things always happen around holidays. Our laundry room hot water tap kept up a steady trickle on Christmas Day! We're on water restrictions. so all water was collected and put on gardens, in the rainwater tank or in the washing machine! Luckily, the next day (Boxing Day) another holiday, a friend came over and repaired it for free. Hope your furnace can be repaired as easily AND cheaply. Until then...time for snuggles.

  22. Nothing wakes you up quicker than sitting on a cold toilet seat in the middle of the night! Why can’t we be rich enough to have heated toilet seats?!? Hope y’all have the heat heating again.
