I'm stilllllll heeeeeeeere!!!
Ma got super duper buzy with peep stuffs,
and NEGLECTED my bloggie!!!!
Then, yesterday, our furnace died!
okays, Ma says it's not dead-dead, butts a repair-peep as to come out and fix it.
One guy she called was SUPPOSE to come out today,
butts DIDN'T SHOW UP!
Butts, Ma is sometimes is smarter than the average blockhead.....
she had made an appointment Saturday with our regular furnace repair peeps
and they are coming tomorrow morning to fix it.
It's been a little cool in the house (60), butts it's not like we live in
snow country! BOL!
And, both Ma and I likes it cool, so no worries.
(though, Ma says going to the bathroom in the middle of the night, the toilet seat is VERY cold! BOL!!!! shhhhh....don't tells her I told you, k?)
Anyhu, paws crossed the repair peep can fix it, and it won't cost Ma all my treatie monies!
I'll catch up with all your bloggies soon!!!

Thanks bunches for hosting guys!
OOoh, Ruby, I do hope your heating is back on board for the new year... you be sure to line up the margaritas gal-dog!!! Hugs and wags YAM-aunty xxx
Sixty degrees inside your house in December is not fun! We hope your furnace is repaired today!ReplyDelete
Hi Ruby, maybe you should remind your Ma that there's no better way to keep warm than snuggling close with her favourite terrier.ReplyDelete
Oh no Ruby....why is things like this happen around the Howlidays? Good thing you have lots of AireGal furs. Ma might need a pitcher full of Margaritas to stay warm.ReplyDelete
Warm hugs to you both and Happy New Year
I sure hope the repair peep doesn't break the treat bank. ours quit 2 days before Christmas, but our house stayed at 68 since we live in FL.. the cost was 229.00 and unexpected, but we were happy it was not more than that... missed your RubyReplyDelete
We could never forget you Ruby. It would be much colder if our furnace broke here. At least we have a gas fireplace that could warm the house. We hope they can fix it and not steal all your treatie money.ReplyDelete
Good thing that you're where you are and not buried in snow.ReplyDelete
Good luck! I hope your repairman doesn't have to make all the loud skeery noises that ours did last week.ReplyDelete
EEKS! No furnace! We lost power a couple of years ago in March, which is a cold month here in Michigan. The power was out for FIVE DAYS. Lucky for me, I went off to work during the day, and we still had our water heater (gas). The Hubby filled huge pasta pots with water, heated them HOT on the stove (also gas), then we used the hot pots as radiators. We found an old battery radio, and talked. An interesting experience, but we don't ever want to do it again.ReplyDelete
Peeps! Tell her to try going outside in snow and ice in the middle of the night to pee on a tree. Now that's cold. We called our air conditioning repair man back in October and he still hasn't showed up. Glad you had a good Christmas even if it was cool.ReplyDelete
I could never forget you, Miss Ruby. I also linked this post to Awww Mondays. I always say Awww when I see you.ReplyDelete
Sorry about your heater, but glad it will be fixed soon. Your mom is very smart.
Have a woof woof day and week. My best to your smart mom. ♥
We sure hope they come fix that furnace soon....and they don't use all your treatie money!!ReplyDelete
We bet that Niners game helped keep your Mama warm last night BOL!!
Rosy, Jakey & Arty
Those things always happen around holidays. Our laundry room hot water tap kept up a steady trickle on Christmas Day! We're on water restrictions. so all water was collected and put on gardens, in the rainwater tank or in the washing machine! Luckily, the next day (Boxing Day) another holiday, a friend came over and repaired it for free. Hope your furnace can be repaired as easily AND cheaply. Until then...time for snuggles.ReplyDelete
Oh, Ruby, I think you need a warm Pawkiss for now and hope furnace is going to get fixed soon*crosses paws*.Pawkisses for a Happy Monday🐾😙😻ReplyDelete
We hope you don't get any colder weather before the furnace gets repaired!ReplyDelete
Happy New Year!
We only keep the house around 64 so we wouldn't notice lol! Stay warm!ReplyDelete
I was worried when I didn't see a post from you. I hope that your furnace is working by now. Maybe a heated toilet seat would be a good gift for your mom, Ruby! Happy 2020 to you - just one day left in 2019.ReplyDelete
Why don't you put away the cold beverages and make some hot chocolate with kalua! Then you can snuggle under blankets and read all our bloggies. Xox Xena and LucyReplyDelete
Oh No! a broken furnace is not good. Good thing you are not here in Idaho, we are not even getting out of the 20's during the dayReplyDelete

I've been there with a broken down furnace. In a blizzard so hope your furnace is repaired soon enough and you all enjoy a toasty warm and cozy New Year. Best wishes for 2020! 🎊ReplyDelete
Craps this end of the year stinks sorry about your furnace ~ our washing machine started to think it was a shooter and firing off. We had to buy a new washer today. Good Bye 2019!ReplyDelete
Nothing wakes you up quicker than sitting on a cold toilet seat in the middle of the night! Why can’t we be rich enough to have heated toilet seats?!? Hope y’all have the heat heating again.ReplyDelete
Ruby, hope all bad stuff are sorted out by now. Happy New Year!!ReplyDelete
