Holiday Traditions by Ruby

in sharing with all of Blogville my

Howliday Traditions

Okays, so we don't have many, we are a simple family

One Tradition is

Ma putting antlers, hats, and various decorations on my head
(not my fav, BTW....just sayin')

Butts, some of my FAVORITE traditions is opening my pressies!!!!

I do LOVES the papers!

Nows, as most of you knows,

Cooking isn't one of Ma's best qualities.

Butts, she does do the Holiday meals pretty good

This is her Apricot Glazed Ham

DELISH!
(okays, I wouldn't knows...she never lets me have any!)
meanie.

Butts, I do gets a taste of some potatoes and fixin's

Anyhu,

That's our Holiday Traditions ~ nothin' fancy or big

Butts,

It's ours, and what matters is that we're togethers.

I hopes everyone has a very Merry Christmas, Happy Hanukkah, Happy Kwanzaa

If you don't celebrate any of these,

I wish you love and happiness and joy.

And no more of THIS for another year!

HAPPY HOLIDAYS BLOGVILLE!

  8. Ruby it is terrible that Ma is such a meanie Ebenezer Scrooge not allowing you even one bite of the Apricot Glazed Ham even after you allow her to squeeze your brain with those head thing a ma jigs. You need extra presents!

  11. Mom LOVES all things apricot!!! She puts apricot marmalade on her morning toast. We have to agree about the headgear tradition - did you ever stop to think how that tradition doesn't seem to end with Christmas???? Those silly headpieces keep popping up all year long.

    Merry Christmas.
