  5. Why don't they understand that this is a game. A game to see how many treats they will give us to put on the head gear before they give up. Ruby you seem to be the master of the game. Well done friend.

  11. That is about how a photo shoot with Millie usually goes. Walter is a super model and will do anything I want.

  12. Five seconds is probably much longer than I would have managed with my crew. Love the outtakes!

  13. Same here - Reilly is laid back and unhappily accepts any old hat - but not Denny - major freak out time :)

  22. I'm pretty sure I would have had the same results with my boys. Shiver is an anxious doggie, so I imagine he would freak out if I tried to put anything on his head. He doesn't even like it if I take his collar off or put it back it.

    I agree, you won, Ruby!

  27. Ahahahaha - good tactics Ruby! Hats are to be eaten, not worn. Gosh, when will humans learn?

  28. Oh Ruby I hope you had a terrific 4th of July. Why that Uncle Sam hats does not belong on you anyhow. You had better give it back to Uncle Sam I heard he cannot afford to buy another one.
    Thanks for being a friend

  33. You win, Ruby! I don't think any of my pups would have sat still with a silly hat on their heads. I think chewing on it, playing tug with it or sitting on it might be better options in their opinions. My cats would sleep in it. ;-)

  34. Ha! So glad I checked back - you DID put it on. Well for a second anyways! Happy 4th!

  35. Why do people always want to put hats on dogs? And shirts? And dresses? And those halter-thingies that keep us from having a good time running around on walks? And do we get chicken in return? No, the chicken is still running around out in the yard....oops, Miro says I'm not supposed to think about those chickens.

  36. Ha! Gotta resist or the next thing you know you'll be taken out in public wearing it. The mortification!
