30 Day Food Challenge ~ #ChewyInfluencer

So,  how did I do on

FABulous!!!

Ma's intention was to 'go all the way' with these Chicken Patties,
and I did!

I was eating it exclusively!  And it was DIVINE!

As you can read here,  Stella & Chewy's Patties

are ALL NATURAL, and GRAIN FREE, and made from
Farm-raised ~ Cage Free Chickens!

It was very easy to make into a soft dinner with some warm waters,
BUTTS,

I liked it dry and crumbled too!

I knows, butts you can eats it either way, as long as you drink enough waters with your meals!

Ruby's Ma here:  I loved that these patties were easy to feed, and had almost no smell.  Ruby did have slightly softer stools for the first two weeks, but happily that went to normal AND there was LESS!  Now, you have to understand that Airedales (or maybe just Ruby ☺) are very 'productive' in this sense, so less poops to pick up was nice ~ especially on walks!

If you missed my furst two posts about this food here are the bullet points:

Key Benefits
  • Suitable for all stages of life
  • Taurine protects the heart
  • Grain-free & Gluten-free formula reduces allergic reactions
  • Beets maximize nutrient absorption
  • Contains chelated and non chelated trace minerals that improve mineral availability and help support your pets health
  • With additional vitamins and minerals in order to meet and exceed the AAFCO requirements
  • Freeze-dried to lock in nutrition and flavor
  • Made in the USA!
to go to Stella & Chewy's website
and read all about all their foodables for
BOTH
KITTEHS and DOGGIES

So, will I stay on Stella & Chewy's food?

YES!

This is what I (and Ma) LOVED

The taste
The ease of use
The low odor
The travel convenience
The taste
The reduction of stools
The nutritional value
The taste

What DIDN'T  I (and Ma) LOVE?

The only thing is

The COST.

Because of this,  I will only get it as a TOPPER on my old kibble.

I KNOW!  pffffft!

Butts, Ma says that it's just too expensive for bigger doggies like MOI to feed this exclusively.
It's about $40 for the large bag, and I went through almost all THREE BAGS in just one month.

(Sadly, Ma is unwillingly to dip into her ice cream allowance to help pay for it.
SO not fair.)

Anyhu,

I thinks this is a FABulous food, and I gives it
 FOUR PAWS UP!

I want to THANK

Ms. Sydney at Chewy.com
and

for allowing me to try and review this DELICIOUS food!

Disclaimer:  This food was given to me at no cost to try out and review.  All opinions and drools are my own.  No green papers were given in exchange for this review.....though, Ma has had her eye on a new red Mustang....☺

  4. That sounds really yummy! I'll have to check and see if they make lamb or beef patties since I'm allergic to chicken.

  5. Ruby we are sorry that you will only get the Stella and Chewy as a TOPPER... butt.... THAT is better than Nothing. We had no idea that it would make LESS POOPS... THAT would be a REAL PLUS... fur the Peeps at least. WE happen to LIKE making Big Poops... OFTEN.
OMD just think how good your suppers will be with Stella and Chewy as a Topper.
We have heard MOM say that what She liked about them was that they were LIGHT to carry when traveling... and NO NEED to go in the FRIDGE... ANOTHER PLUS.
You do the Bestest Reviews... Miss Sydney is Soooooo Super.

  7. it is too bad that this great food is also great in price, but at least you get to have some. We have been eating Solid Gold kibble for a few months now and it has done the same thing to our poops - less of it! yay!

  11. We like it too, but like you, we only get it as a kibble topper because of the price.

  12. That's a great review, Ruby! We wondered how long a bag would last. I don't think it would be "do-able" for us, either. Maybe a treat or as a topper, like you're doing.

  13. Isn't it fun to discover a tasty new food that you didn't even know about before? A little less poop would make Dad happy.

  14. We SO agree with you, Ruby and Mom. We both love the food and Mom isn't too happy with the price. But we too are going to use it as a topper. Maybe not all the time but alternating with our yummy canned food toppers too:)

  16. Great news! SHE'd love us to have that. SHE says SHE's going to start feeding us LESS because there is so much POO! But we don't think SHE's allowed to do that!

  17. Ohhhh, we use Stella & Chewy's as a topper too! It is scrumptious!

  18. That sounds like a great addition to your meals. Too bad you can't have more but you want your mom to have some money left over for toys and treats don't you?

  19. One nice thing about a little dog is they don't eat that much! Nola's been on freeze dried raw for two months now, and it's the same cost of kibble. Yum!
