Squirrel Sunday



The frickin' tree rats have been pelting me with acorns all day!! 

I'm plotting my revenge....

  4. If we can help, just give us a woo - we don't like those evil treerats either. Believe it or not, this is TRUE - we had a turkey roosting on our roof this morning - all the way up at the tippy top!!! Ciara was so focused on it that Mom had to come out to see what was going on. Too bad she forgot the flashy beast because that turkey took off as soon as Mom got there. Maybe it will come back tomorrow:)

  9. Ruby - I sure coulda used your help night before last. There was a freakin' possum in the yard. I needed a wing gal to help me flush it out of it's hidy spot. Mom made me come inside. Sheesh! Ruby slept through the whole thing...sigh...

  28. In Scotland we say Nemo me impune lacessit, Latin for "Nobody shall provoke/injure me with impunity". Yep as far as those tree rats are concerned Revenge is a dish best served cold!
    Those darn things climbed up the stalks of our giant sunflowers and broke them off so they could eat the seeds.
